1. 金融业的变味。不再是为其它行业*务的产业（*******-driven）（大宗商品衍生品例子），而是利益驱动（speculation-driven）；2. 理论与执行的代沟。管理层并不懂复杂的量化运算，往往是take it for granted，而后者本身又并不是完全客观的（市场的**永远包含人为的解读，而这种解读可能是bias的），理论上的数据可行但实际情况却涉及许多更复杂难以量化的因素；3. 金融工作的无意义性。纯利益驱使的**让几位受访者怀疑自己工作的社会价值
